Weblogging - using a web site to model writing

Advisory Matters, in conjunction with Weblogs4schools, brings one of the most exciting uses of the internet into your classroom. Weblogs (blogs) are effectively fully functional websites that can be created and updated from any web browser, making them incredibly versatile for the needs of schools. Blogs however go further than simply publishing the school sports results on the web, they enable students to truly collaborate and provide an audience for their writing. Unlike free products that are available, Weblogs4schools is a totally secure environment in which the school and teachers have control over the system.
